How Our Jewelry Is Made

My designing begins with a drawing that is refined multiple times, taking anywhere from 2 hours on up to 12 hours, or more, depending on the complexity of the design. The piece is then meticulously shaped by hand in .925 sterling silver wire, then soldered together.  Next it is hand-sanded on every side 4-6 times.  If oxidized, the piece is then re-sanded another 1-2 times.  This completes the process when a satin-finish is desired.  When a high-polished finish is desired, the piece is then hand-polished 2-3 times.

From start to finish, most pieces take approximately 2 weeks to complete, including design time.  When using an existing design, the process takes approximately 7 to 10 days.  However, large complex pieces can take up to 2 months to finish.

Once completed, each piece is gift-boxed including a beautiful ribbon.
